Chocolate Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g white chocolate

Baking Ingredients

  • 150 g unsalted butter Softened or melted.
  • 200 g sugar Granulated sugar.
  • 3 large eggs Room temperature.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 95 g all-purpose flour Sift before measuring.
  • 30 g cocoa powder Unsweetened.
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter over a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
  • Allow it to cool slightly, then whisk in the sugar until the mixture is glossy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  • Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold until combined.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top, and optionally sprinkle with extra chocolate chips or powdered sugar. For storing, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate them for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
