Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla cookies or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 1.5 liters vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup strawberry sauce or strawberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream For topping
  • as needed Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • as needed Extra strawberry sauce for drizzle

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Assembly

  • Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust.
  • Spoon half of the strawberry sauce or jam over the ice cream and swirl gently with a knife.
  • Sprinkle half of the chopped strawberries over the top.
  • Repeat with remaining ice cream, strawberry sauce, and strawberries.
  • Freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm.

Serving

  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and extra drizzle of strawberry sauce. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use high-quality strawberry sauce for better flavor. Frozen strawberries can be used if fresh ones are not available. Add a layer of chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture.
