  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg At room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk At room temperature
  • 2 tbsp honey Can substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option

Add-ins

  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios Plus extra for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 5-inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle extra chopped pistachios on top if desired for added crunch.

Baking

  • Bake for 18-22 minutes until the brownies are set but fudgy inside.
  • Let them cool completely before slicing into squares.
