Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk Make sure it's warm but not hot.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Peach Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained) Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Crumble Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cold butter

Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Make Dough

  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  • Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  • Knead the mixture until smooth.
  • Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Prepare Peach Filling

  • In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
  • Cook for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Allow it to cool.

Roll Dough

  • Roll the dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread softened butter over it.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon before evenly adding the peach filling.

Shape Rolls

  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into 12 rolls.
  • Place them in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Make Crumble

  • In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until you achieve a crumbly texture.
  • Sprinkle this mixture over the rolls.

Bake

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.

Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Drizzle this glaze over the warm rolls for an extra touch of sweetness.

Notes
