Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking pan.
  • Blend the oats in a blender until they become a flour-like texture.
  • Add apples, eggs, milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the cake is golden and set.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Choose ripe apples for a sweeter cake. Consider adding nuts or raisins for extra flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or refrigerate for a week. It is freezable for up to three months.
