Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef You can use ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • 1 medium Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Mozzarella or cheddar recommended.
  • 4 slices Bread or rolls Use your favorite type.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the pizza sauce and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Slice the bread or rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon the beef mixture evenly onto each piece of bread.
  • Top with shredded cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days, or freeze them for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
