  • 1 whole English cucumber Fresh and hydrating.
  • 1 whole green apple Adds sweetness and flavor.
  • 1 whole lemon, peeled Adds tanginess.
  • 1 inch fresh ginger Provides a zesty kick.
  • 1 cup baby spinach, packed Nutrient-rich addition.
  • 1 cup coconut water For hydration.

Preparation

  • Cut the cucumber, apple, lemon, ginger, and spinach into large pieces that fit through your juicer’s feeding tube.
  • If using a juicer, run the pieces through and catch the juice in a pitcher. Stir in the coconut water and serve immediately.
  • If using a blender or food processor, add all ingredients along with the coconut water. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour the blended juice through a nut milk bag, squeezing from the top to drain the juice into a pitcher, discarding pulp or saving for later use.
  • Serve the juice right away to enjoy it at its freshest.

Notes

Prep your ingredients ahead of time for quicker juicing. Adjust the ginger for desired spiciness. Use cold coconut water for an extra refreshing drink. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
