Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 8 stalks celery stalks (about 1 head of celery)
  • 1 whole English cucumber
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 leaves kale leaves or 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 whole green apple
  • 1 whole lime or lemon (skin removed)

Preparation

  • Wash and chop the vegetables so they will fit through the tube of a masticating juicer.
  • Feed the vegetables through the juicer, alternating between hard and soft textures to help the juicing process.
  • Enjoy your juice immediately, or store any leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.

Notes

To keep your juice fresh, store it in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 24 hours, but can last for up to 2 days. For freezing, pour the juice into ice cube trays.
