Fresh Ingredients

  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, washed and patted dry
  • 1 piece apple (red or green), washed and sliced
  • 1 piece English cucumber, cut into long slices Make sure they fit into your juicer
  • 1 piece lemon, skin removed and sliced
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger root, skin removed

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and chop vegetables so they will fit through the tube of a masticating juicer.

Juicing

  • Feed the vegetables through the tube, alternating hard and soft-textured ones to help facilitate the juicing process.
  • Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking. Fresh ingredients are recommended for optimal flavor and nutrition.
